A must-have before you head for the pistes: don’t forget to ask at the ski lift ticket office about the different insurance options available when buying your ski passes.

The ski lift companies in all 3 resorts of the Vallée d'Abondance recommend 2 types of insurance:

The “Snow risk”

Snow risk covers risks related to skiing. You should take out this policy when you buy your ski pass. Conditions of sale and cover available at ticket offices.

Winter 2017.2018 Rates:

- Snowrisk Daily insurance: €3/pers.
- Snowrisk stay insurance (8 to 21 days): €24/pers

The « Assurensport»

Annual  insurance valid a  year from day of purchase.
THE ASSURENSPORT is intended to cover the European amateur sportsmen within the framework of the practice of a sports activity all over the world according to the general conditions.

In case of impossibility to ski (accident, disease, anticipated return) according to general conditions of the insurance:

* Assistance and 1st help, expenses of research
* 1st tranfert to doctor or hospital
* Refund of  ski passes and ski lessons fees
* Civil liability, défence and appeal.
* Repatriation to home for insured people (Schengen zone)
* Refund of emergency medical costs
