Rental rates vary according to the surface area, fixtures and fittings, the quality of the furniture and the apartment's outlook.
Above prices do not include the "taxe de séjour" which amount is:
- €0.90 per day per person in a 4 or 5 stars apartment
- €0.75 per day per person in a 3 stars apartment
- €0.55 per day per person in a 2 stars or not classified apartment
- €0.40 per day per person in a 1 star apartment
